As of 08/31/2008, the net assets of all Portfolios of The Lazard Funds, Inc. totaled approximately $8.8 billion. Net assets of Lazard International Strategic Equity Portfolio were approximately $364.7 million, including approximately $22.8 million in the Open Shares (LISOX).
