The Lazard Global Listed Infrastructure strategy seeks long-term, defensive, low-volatility returns that exceed inflation by investing in a range of companies around the world that Lazard considers to be "Preferred Infrastructure."

As of 01/31/2012, the net assets of all Portfolios of The Lazard Funds, Inc. totaled approximately $17.2 billion. Net assets of Lazard Global Listed Infrastructure Portfolio were approximately $117.7 million, including approximately $9.3 million in the Open Shares (GLFOX).
