Offering the potential for capital growth both in the UK and worldwide by investing in companies that offer improving and sustainable financial productivity at attractive valuations.
Managed by a broad team of highly experienced investors, the Lazard Managed Balanced Fund offers clients the opportunity to invest in a fund which provides access to both the UK and global equity markets, while being complemented by the relatively lower risk potential associated with investment in UK bonds.
Fund Objective
To achieve capital growth whilst maintaining a reasonable yield through diversified investments largely in equity markets with a bias towards UK and international equities, fixed income securities issued by governments, corporations and bank deposits.

Past performance should not be taken as guide to future returns. The Fund is a sub-fund of Lazard Investment Funds – a UK based open ended investment company (OEIC). Investors are reminded that the value of shares and income from them can go down as well as up and they may not get back the full amount invested.
Fluctuations in the rate of exchange between the currency in which shares are denominated and the currency of investment may have the effect of causing the value of investments to diminish or increase.
50% of the annual management charge is deducted from the capital of the fund. This will increase the income from the fund but may constrain or erode potential capital growth. The increased income will lead to increased potential income tax liability
The Authorised Corporate Director of the Fund is Lazard Fund Managers Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. |
