Due to a change in investor appetite, we have seen a substantial amount of the assets of this fund switched into other Lazard strategies, including the Lazard Global Equity Income Fund and the Lazard Global Thematic Fund. As such, in order to best meet the needs of our clients, as of 3rd March 2008, we merged the Lazard International Equity Fund with the Lazard Global Equity Income Fund.
