The Lazard UK Income Fund will concentrate on superior total returns aiming to achieve this through a combination of excess yield to the market and capital growth, and is complementary to our range of UK equity strategies. The Fund aims to achieve a reasonable level of income combined with capital growth from a portfolio of securities primarily made up of equity investments listed in the United Kingdom. The UK Income Fund will not be restricted in respect of choice of investments by company size or industry, and up to a maximum of 20% of the Fund may be invested in overseas equity and non-equity securities.

Fund Objective

To achieve a reasonable level of income combined with capital growth from a portfolio of securities primarily made up of equity investments listed in the United Kingdom.

Past Performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.  This information is not intended to constitute investment advice. There is no assurance that the Funds' objectives or performance targets will be achieved. The Fund is a sub-fund of Lazard Investment Funds – a UK based open ended investment company (OEIC). Investors are reminded that the value of shares and income from them can go down as well as up and they may not get back the full amount invested.

The annual management charge is deducted from the capital of the fund. This will increase the income from the fund but may constrain or erode potential capital growth. The increased income will lead to increased potential income tax liability.

The Authorised Corporate Director of the Fund is Lazard Fund Managers Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
