In the UK, we support the Statement of Principles on the Responsibilities of Institutional Shareholders and Agents, as prepared by the Institutional Shareholders' Committee, as well as the recommendations of the Combined Code on Corporate Governance, as issued by the Financial Reporting Council. More broadly, we have adopted the OECD’s Corporate Governance Principles in all material aspects.
